On Saturday, 17 December, 2011, The City of Hope Salesian Sisters were excited to be present at the consecration of Fr. Clement Mulenga SDB, the first Zambian Salesian priest, as the Bishop of the new Diocese, Kabwe. It was a great occasion for the Salesian Family!
